The Boston Butt is a misnomer as it’s from the upper part of the shoulder of the front leg, rather than the “butt” where the ham comes from. It’s perfectly marbled and includes the blade bone for extra flavor. It can be smoked or slowly braised for a delicious dish for any occasion.
